It felt like a home, not a holiday let Very comfortable and cosy. TV we could watch without loads of scrolling. Well equipped. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Good decoration. Great to have a parking space A key pad I could read the numbers on

"Basic problems that should never have occurred."

The property had potential.

No control over the central heating. Ours was a chilly late September arrival, the property was cold. There appeared to be no heating downstairs that worked and no means to adjust the heating. At 2.00 am the heating upstairs came on, making it impossible to sleep. We were not going to ring the owners at 2.00 am. Unfortunately this lack of sleep/ heating situation resulted in us leaving early. The instructions stipulated that the owners controlled the heating, we could do nothing about it. We are classed as Genius 3 and have never encountered a situation like this before. The heating should at least be on a timer, especially when it is colder. Disappointing.
