"Ticks all the boxes"

The homely feel and fabulous views were just the beginning. We thoroughly enjoyed this functional, clean, well situated home. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and fantastic communicators. The icing on the cake was the dolphins we saw out of the dining room window during breakfast!

This was a perfect location for our family of 7 adults to base ourselves for a wedding in the outskirts of Tauranga. The house is immaculately presented and very well appointed with everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay. The location and views are amazing and we enjoyed the local amenities and park for morning walks and coffee.

"We enjoyed every aspect of our stay"

We appreciated being greeted on arrival by Allan and Simone. We didn't need to contact them again as everything we needed was prominently in view. We found the ample pantry was really generous. We didn't actually use much but it saved popping to the supermarket for small amounts of salt, pepper, flour, sugar and oil

Such beautiful and easy going hosts, whom catered to all of our needs. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us, the views are stunning, we didn’t have to cook dinner Saturday the food market was right below us, we spent the weekend here for one love and after being on our feet all day that bath tub jets were a life saver!! also the history of how the house was developed, amazing! Thank you again!

Tea, coffee and milk provided Host very accomodating and friendly House very roomy, beds very comfortable and everything very clean. View from house amazing. Beach great for swimming.

Views were great and house was spacious.

The accommodation was their own home - which we did not realise beforehand. We usually only book hotels/motels or professional holiday rentals. They advertise three bathrooms, which is the reason we booked this accommodation, but there were only two.

"Comfortable luxury"

Loved the welcome and the view The bath was awesome and easy to use facilities On the Friday we arrived, there was music and a food market, just a sort walk to the park that you overlooked from just about every room in the house
