Spacious kitchen and cleanliness

The fridge wasn't cleaned when we got in Otherwise, everything was fine.

Very clean and tidy

The house was lovely and clean. Although we didn't use it the garden was well situated and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and had all you needed. The house is in a nice quiet area

No where to hang your clothes in one of the bedrooms and the cupboards were filled with house items. We were unable to put the heating on

Location was perfect as we were visiting friends and went to the santapod car show and Rushden lakes so it was ideal. Very peaceful too, would love to come back and stay. The carpet is lovely and clean and they have a no shoes policy which obviously preserves the carpet. The decor is lovely and really felt like a home. There were 3 toilets which is a bonus and 2 bathrooms.

There were A LOT of spiders, cob webs and flies above all the windows inside the property, it might be worth mentioning this to this cleaner to dust around the windows. Some repairs are also needed around the ceiling in the kitchen and around the windows (looks like water damage) and some fresh paint to compliment the lovely decor as this was a bit of an eye sore and let the property standard down. The duvet cover was worn and bobbly so uncomfortable to sleep in and the mattress in the ensuite bedroom was too soft for me but that’s just preference the sofas were also uncomfortable and new kitchen utensils would be a nice touch too. However these are all minor fixes and would prevent me booking again.

Everything spotless and immaculate. Family enjoyed their stay.
