Property is okay, good Mt Fuji View and really convenient.

The staff here is ridiculous. Before our stay, we have confirmed with their staff on availability for late check out. Their reply as below ‘Late check out is available until 12:00, and if you wish to extend beyond that time, there is a charge of 5000yen….’ So yes, we decided to check out slightly later before 11am cuz their have mentioned we can check out by 12pm without any charge. The night itself, the hotel come back and wanted to charge us back that 5000yen. They are really rude and this is totally unacceptable. Please reconsider if you want to stay here. Some real unpleasant experience!
