One of the plug points in the main bedroom did not work. You could not plug a plug in to it. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

The place is filthy, I couldn't even make food or boil an egg in the kitchen. The kitchen blinds are shockingly mouldy and dirty, with mould and black spots, absolutely disgusting with dead and crawling insects on the kitchen window sill behind the blinds. Could not make tea or coffee in the morning, The kettle has layers of dirt around and on top of it, went and bought myself a new kettle and disposable cups and plates and cutlery to use. Had to use bleach to clean and try disinfect the kitchen top and sink just that I could put utensil that I bought and was going to use. Had to use gloves to touch even kitchen tap. Small insects like bed bugs moving up the corner of the wall in the bedroom. Snails /milipides falling from my disposable plates after my kids put them in the kitchen cupboard. The sofa is torn badly right on the couch where you supposed to sit on. Grey to black supposed to be white towels were provided , never used them. Awfully bad. I have stayed in different accommodations but nothing as dirty and grimey as this one. The kitchen drawers where pots are kept look like they haven't been touched in years, with dirty newspapers and plastic bags, corners so filthy they need to be swept inside first before water can be used to clean. Bad unclean stale smell that you can't figure out where exactly it comes from, except for the obvious one from the mattress and the sofa. He needs to buy new pots and pans, no one in his rightful mind would use those dirty ones. The cups not cleaned properly with tea or coffee lines inside the rim. Startled by Two big birds living in nests under the veranda right above the main door as you go in. Kids, myself included, terrified of the birds every time they go out, My husband had to ensure that they fly away before we could go out the door. The garden was unkept, grass not cut. Wardrobes falling apart... Absolutely disgusting.... Shouldn't be used accommodating paying customers.

His bad attitude and couldn't care less when you try to address your concerns, even asking if he could perhaps send someone to come clean. At first he blueticked me and only after I sent a complaint to customer care that he suddenly responded to my WhatsApp with a lame excuse that he left his phone on the charger, yet one of the messages had turned blue and the others stayed grey. I checked the info on the message and saw that he had read all the messages but turned off read receipts on WhatsApp. Lack of any accountability whatsoever, to an extent that he tried shifting the blame to his cleaning staff. The worst one was him being rude to me, late on Saturday evening, telling me he is sorry that the place does not meet my approval and insist that the property was cleaned prior and will be cleaned again after I left as per usual. I had had enough I then blocked him from sending or responding to my messages.

Property was dirty and had a very bad smell. We couldn’t stay there. We actually had to book another place.
