Everything inside the house was good thanks to the airco also! The garden is a sure plus. And a lot of attention is given for breakfast. Very communicative host.

It is on the side of the road, a lot of tractors and cars drive fast and are loud and it starts around 6.30 am (the tractors). If you are allergic to cats, forget about this place: there is a cat always around. There is also the constant barking of neighbour dogs.

A lot of great facilities, location, value for price. Well equipped kitchen, pretty house overall and good communications with the owner.

Really cosy and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need. There is also private parking, and nice garden with bbq facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was left in the fridge for us (local products) and the fact that the baker brought us bread in the morning was also really nice. The location is also pretty good, just few minutes walk from the center of the village and the shop, and the Santa Barbara viewpoint can also be reached on foot (about 15 minute walk downhill). The host was also really helpful, tried to help us with everything and even offered to pay for our breakfast one morning when the baker forgot to bring us the bread. Overall a great apartment in a very peaceful environment for a great price.

Apartman B, which we stayed in, doesn't really have an oceanview from the garden, the view from Apartment A's garden is much better. The parking space is a bit tight for two cars but it's manageable. One major problem that we had which really disturbed us was a white cat that basically lives in the apartment's garden. The host said it's the neighbor's cat, but it was there at 8 in the morning, in the afternoon, at night so basically it's there all the time. We really like animals so usually that wouldn't be a problem for us, but this cat was constantly laying on our table (so we couldn't enjoy eating outside), was always trying to steal our food and even coming inside the apartment, and once she attacked my girlfriend and scratched her legs. The cat also looked sick, it's eyes were pretty red so it was not only annoying but dangerous probably. Because of this we couldn't really enjoy our garden which is one of the best features of this apartment. Other than this it's a 10/10 apartment, but this problem needs to be sorted immediately!

We had the most delightful experience staying in a cozy and lovely place on Terceira. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Firstly, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival, we felt right at home immediately. The cozy atmosphere of the place instantly put me at ease, and I knew I was in for a wonderful stay. The highlight of my experience was the good breakfast provided. Plus, the added touch of fresh bread delivery each morning was a brilliant idea that truly elevated the experience. Overall, I cannot recommend the lovely place on Terceira highly enough. It exceeded all my expectations, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. If you're looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay, look no further!

We loved the house! The area is amazing and the house has EVERYTHING you might need. It has the perfect size and the location is great. The sunset view from the garden blew our minds. Also, the fresh bread in the morning is a plus! Definitely recommending this house to everyone that is looking to spend a few comfortable days in Terceira.

The property is really nice and well kept. The living area is really great with a giant tv screen. Kitchen is adequately equipped (there is not enough cups, no paper towels, and no strainer). You have plenty of appliances: induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Nice bathroom and bedroom. The two A/C units are essential and work great. Location is a bit far from Angra but with a car it’s not a problem. There’s two private parking spots. Great communication with the host who was very kind to let us check-in earlier. In the fridge they left us some Eggs, milk, fruit, jam, apple juice which we really appreciated. Bread is also delivered in the morning between 8 am and 9 am.
