"Great location and amenities BUT..."

Very nice location in Afurada nearby fisherman's market and seafood restaurants Close from beaches. Not far from Gaia and many Porto/Douro wines cellars.

WARNING : The humidity level is too high. Painting on the walls is decaying Wood furniture in the kitchen is degraded. Smell of humidity is undeniable and actions must be taken : electric dehumidifier is strongly recommended at both floors to avoid damages and inconvenient smell or potential complaints from customers.
