Liked the view from the sitting room

Lack of glasses ie wine glasses and spirt glasses. No tea spoons

Everything. Van was lovely, nice extra touches and well equipped

Hosts, very helpful provided everything we asked for and needed, clean caravan lovely fresh smelling bedding little extras for the kids to keep them occupied (dvds, little toys etc)

Nothing the caravan and hosts were brilliant

We had an excellent stay in the caravan provided by KMH, providing everything we needed, spacious and very comfortable will book again without hesitation 👍 location was excellent for the leisure centre and close enough from the theme park, no noise to be heard.

Nothing really. We all had a great stay as well as the teenage children.

This caravan was not a premium caravan as advertised, I requested a ramp when booking but there was no ramp, what was there I could not get my mobility scooter up it, in fact I nearly broke my neck on it. The caravan was not clean, when I complained the management refunded me £250 as he agreed the caravan was not clean. The shower room stinks and has thick black mould on the blind when pulled down, other areas were not up to premium standard.

As above, the accommodation spoiled my holiday. It was false advertising as the caravan is not the one in the picture you put out.
