"I appreciated the clean facilities, and large amount of space."

It provided a clean, appropriate accommodation for the 2 of us at a very good price. As requested, a bed was made up in the large downstairs lounge/dining space and a second in the balcony bedroom above the lounge. Tea and coffee were provided. We are likely to choose it again.

The height of the ceiling for the top balcony bedroom was 6 feet at the middle., but much of the room could only be accessed by bending. I suspect this is the only unit on site like this. It was not ideal, especially as the lamp was far from the bed.

"To discover and get back"

welcoming and availability of Ana Lucia (the owner). Great view from Herdade Pedregal close of lots of places to visit Flat operational, comfortable we enjoy full time 1 day during the storm: Oscar!!

To not stay longer and appreciate the owner as well places!

"Very nice place in the middle of wild Madeira"

Very nice place and clean accomodation. Flexible and very quickly communicating owner of accomodation. We had delayed fly for more than a day and we agreed a new date and all was by our agreement.

I'm used to for a bigger bed.

very charming and nice place. quiet with a beautiful garden and a spectacular place to watch the sunset just 10 min by foot. Mrs. Ana is a nice host and made me feel very welcome. everything you need for some quiet time on Madeira. you will need a rental car though.

heater is a little loud.
