The Ngarata Nest ~ Amazing Location in Downtown Mount

Location was very handy

Short stroll to.beach and restaurants. Loads of room for a family of 5

Great location. Short walk to beach in one direction, with shops and restaurants in the other.

Excellent location - walk to town, beach or up the Mount.. Quiet street. Clean & tidy. Great facilities provided in the property.

Very handy location within 3 mins to main shops or the beach.

Shower had good pressure and water head. Kitchen had all items required including coffee plunger. Good light from window. A one person at a time space. Great latch to hold front door open. Needed, as cross draught slams it.

We were out early and returned late so hardly used the place. We wern't able to use the TV. We were there 3 nights and only tried to get it going day 2 when it was Sat and wanted to relax and watch!! No luck, or with communications to get it going. Were told it was going when we wlaent in. On day of exit this was corrected to...storm problem and haven't been able to get a serviceperson. Even if it does go...need to leave full explicit instructions vs none. Tried to chromecase and couldn't get that going. Powerpoint in bedroom is behind headboard so had to move bed to get charger for phone and tablet plugged in. Small side table had to be used to put soft bag on top - or on floor. No sneaking around quietly at night to not disturb others. Bedroom door has swollen? and needs a good/noisy thump in and out. Small thing to fix? Booking.com calls this 3 bedroom. First person couldn't physically slip under top bunk to sleep on lower bunk. Child's bunk. Second person took over this room and moved the mattress to the lounge first night. For various reasons it was too noisy there so moved back to the bunk room second night and managed to slip under the top bunk. Don't try to sit up. Watch head!

Great location, had everything we needed.

wooden floors were a bit noisy, lack of curtains in the bathroom and kitchen.

It was such a lovely clean flat, modern, cosy, lovely comfortable beds and beautiful white sheets and towels. A 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to shops, cafés and restaurants, so an ideal location.

It would have been nice to have blinds in the kitchen for added privacy as the neighbours looked straight in. The same with the bathroom, maybe a curtain on the lower half of the windows as my teenage girls felt uncomfortable.
