Apartment was comfortable and clean, close to the coast/ beach and also shops/ restaurants. Bus station few mins away to get to train station or nearby locations/cities (check the times as they stop past 8pm).

Francesca made many welcome personal touches - breakfast brioches, fruit juice, milk, coffee, water, wine, oil, vinegar and all condiments, tissues, plenty soft towels ... A/C in bedroom very welcome even in September. Large bedroom and good WIFI and big TV. The marble sink in the kitchen. The property is near the beach and centre of Marina di Carrara.

The surrounding to the flat are a not well kept which gives a poor impression on arrival. The steep marble stair up to the flat is unsuitable for elderly people and small children. Francesca herself doesn't appear directly to guests but leaves it to her elderly frail mother-in-law who lives on the same floor and probably owns the property, which is pretty old with old but nice furniture. There is nobody to help with luggage and parking can be a bit difficult.

Well equipped, clean apartman, close to the beach, shops.

Sometimes it is hard to find parking plot nearby (it is free, actually). It is a bit difficult to find.
