Great location and lots of outdoor space. Cozy and well decorated.

Ground floor bathroom: toilet not firmly fixed to floor; toilet seat loose. Kitchen: no cleaning supplies/trash bags. Second story bathroom: toilet seat loose. Sink backs up. Both bathrooms: window sills very dirty. Rear entry: welcome mat very wert and dirty. (You actually step around it to keep the house floors clean.)

House was recently remodeled and redecorated. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in with useful small appliances, good microwave and range. The front porch was excellent with a view into Fort Quiatenon park, perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Good shower and comfortable beds, even a slipper tub on the first floor. TV in main living room and each bedroom.

Some road noise from S. River road. Be careful pulling out as people drive too fast on that road.
