Beds are clean and comfortable. Kitchen fairly clean. Dining area nice. Living room good with Android Smart TV available. Overall good value for money. Close to universities and some good restaurants. Close to the airport..

When it rains heavily, there's a smell from the drains but I think it's due to drainage system in the area.

The interior of housing was just fine and comfy

basically what happened was there were two source of water one direct another one from underground. i dont knw who switch one the plug for underground water so the showerr was damn smelly ; we end up gettting blamed by the owner. beware of this issue
