Villa Gusmano

Villa Gusmano is a little paradise and the hosts are fabulous! We enjoyed our three days stay and did not want to leave! Thank you Pina, Salvo and Ylenia!

Is perfect!

Owners, Pina and Salvo are very kind and welcoming. Amazing views of the surroundings. Hot tub/swimming pool. Personal touches everywhere. Would highly recommend!

Nothing not to like!

We were warmly welcomed by our host Pina. We stayed in the top apartment and had everything we wished for. Coffee on the balcony in the morning sun 🫶. There is a balcony on both sides of the apartment. Always sun or shade. View on both Etna and the sea. A welcome drink, bottled water, and snacks were provided, excellent. We also enjoyed the garden. The villa is situated well to discover the area. Conclusion, we loved it.

The hostess Pina and her husband were great. Nothing was too much for them. The view from the garden was spectacular! Left the sea. Right the Etna. Because it is their winterhome they rent out, all the amenities you could possibly need, are there. Great wifi and good comfortable bed.

There is nothing to dislike. When we could suggest an improvement: try making the shower a bit bigger. We Dutch people are taller and bigger than Sicilians.

Perfect apartment. The host is very nice, helpful, incredibly sweet. The house is large, fully equipped, clean. I highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! The house is close to etna, Taormina etc. So much to see and do. The house has a big garden and a view of the etna and the ocean. Stunning! Pina was such a Lovely host. She told us everything we needed to know and gave so many tips. Thank you Pina for the wonderful stay!

The serenity of the environment, mount Etna on the back side, emptiness (no neighbours) on the side and the most stunning ocean view on the front side coupled with the most attentive and warm hearted host we’ve ever met made this our best stay in over 30 different bookings across Europe!! You have the entire upper floor to yourself with the host living on the bottom floor, because the upper floor has its own MASSIVE garden with multiple sun beds tables and chairs, bbq, palm and olive trees long stretch of grass and a jacuzzi, makes it that you feel like it’s a property on its own. To access the swimming pool you’d have to walk down and passed the ground floor into another separate enclosed garden, this made it that as a Muslim couple we didn’t use it however we didn’t feel left out for one tiny bit because we had the jacuzzi in our private yard upstairs which was ten times better than any pool would’ve been! We said we’d revisit and although we still have a long list of destinations we want to go to, if we ever end up back in Sicily it will 100% be at Mrs Gusmano’s place ❤️
