Very easy to find. Breakfast waa easy and we had good choices. And we appreciated the little extras that were in the guesthouse. It just made our stay so much more enjoyable.

The staff were all very friendly and my check-in and check-out were both very seemless. The facilities are very neat and tidy and were kept very clean throughout my stay. ALL TV channels work (LOL - usually a problem at a lot of BnB's I frequent) and the internet speed is pretty decent.

Connectivity was sometimes intermittent (timing out) - this may have been as a result of ISP infrastructure as a whole as the suburb was experiencing outage issues.

My experience at this guest house was extremely disappointing. The owner showed a complete lack of empathy and was unhelpful in unforeseen situations. He was uninterested in offering assistance or considering a refund. Despite taking my payment, he failed to provide the promised service or accommodate me in any way. It is clear that he does not value his guests, their money, or their referrals. Therefore, I cannot recommend this guest house and would advise against staying here.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations. A great find ! Location centrally placed close to CBD as well as shopping malls. Within easy distance to some great eateries. Highly recommend this to family and friend's. Customer service levels exceeded, never been disappointed !

Never to drop the high customer service levels.

There was no safe parking - we had to find alternative accommodation.
