Es halten sich mehrere Katzen auf dem Grundstück auf, setzen sich auf die Stühle und sich den Esstisch draußen. Beim Essen draußen (innen ist keine Essmöglichkeit) streifen die Katzen um den Tisch und machen deutlich, dass sie vom Tisch etwas abhaben wollen. Türen kann man keine offen lassen, da sie sonst ins Haus laufen, was sie auch bereits getan haben. Als KatzenhaarAllergiker hatte ich massive Probleme im Haus. Wir hätten den Aufenthalt gerne bei Anreise storniert, haben aber leider nichts passendes gefunden. Dazu die lapidare Antwort des Vermieters: Katzen gibt es überall auf der Welt. Die direkte Umgebung des Hauses hat uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen. Ein verlassenes runtergekommenes Grundstück nebenan und ein Schrottplatz gegenüber. Der Meerblick ist möglich…- in der Ecke der Terrasse im Stehen. Die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage voller ekliger alter Flecken, vermutlich Kaffee. Das Laken ist ständig vom runden Bett gerutscht. Für das Schlafen im ersten Stock müsste man den Ventilator auf volle Stärke schalten (Klimaanlage reicht nur für unten) da macht er aber massive ‚Klatschgeräusche‘. Wir hatten 8 Unterkünfte auf Sizilien, alle sensationell, diese gehört leider nicht dazu und war mit die teuerste.

Magnifique séjour à 4 dans la partie haute de la Villa ! La villa est très belle, bien équipé et très confortable. Contrairement à ce qui etait indiqué sur Booking, nous ne devions pas pouvoir acceder à la piscine mais l'hôte s'est arrangé pour que nous puissions y aller. Elle est petite mais très jolie et agréable. La mer à San Vito est tellement belle, digne des Caraïbes. Les hôtes sont charmants, très accueillants et aux petits soins pour les invités, un vrai plaisir ! Merci à eux ! Le cadre est très reposant et à quelques minutes en voiture de San Vito lo Capo où il n'est pas très difficile de se garer. Ce fut le meilleur logement de notre Road Trip en Sicile, nous recommandons à 100%.

Sono tornata in questa realtà e non posso che confermare l’esperienza positiva già vissuta. Una hoasy di pace e di tranquillità lo stano da rumori e con tutti in comfort per un bel soggiorno Alessandro sempre gentile e premurose e pres te per le necessità. Tornerò ancora sicuramente a San Vito e in questo luogo.

It is not acceptable to advertise with a picture of a pool which does not belong to the property is dysfunctional and cannot be used. Take that picture off the advertisement. Also "Villa Ill Capero" is a misleading term since you just get a one room appartement, which is nice but not what we expected to see.

Lots of room with private bathroom for each room, which is very helpful with an extended family staying over. Nice outdoor area to stay in.

Had to get used to making sure that any food package was totally closed or the ants would be all over the food and tables. Could use more lights above the outdoor dinner table.

We booked the upstairs apartment which had a round double bed on the ground floor and a double bed + a day bed upstairs. Airconditioned and a fan to make the cool air circulate upstairs. Really nice outside lounge area and a dinner table with 4 chairs.

It was not clear what we had actually booked and the day before arrival we were informed that our booking did not include use of the pool! In the end we were then allowed anyway. Very big point to note is that the apartment is equipped only with a messy and very simple outdoor kitchen, no oven or bbq and only cold water. Fridge inside. Lots of cats and ants. If you like outdoor/camping it is the place for you. We felt it was overpriced in terms of what we got.

Our stay at Alessandro's villa in San Vito Lo Capo was absolutely fantastic! We traveled as a group of 10 adults and 3 kids, and the villa perfectly accommodated all of us with ease and comfort. From the moment we arrived, Alessandro proved to be an exceptional host. He was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. His local recommendations and tips were invaluable and added a special touch to our experience. One of the highlights of the villa is the spacious lounge area. It served as the perfect gathering spot for our group, providing a comfortable and stylish space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The kids had plenty of space to play, and the adults appreciated the cozy ambiance for evening conversations and relaxation. The swimming pool was a fantastic addition to our stay. The kids loved splashing around, and the adults enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the afternoons. Alessandro made sure the pool was cleaned each day, which we greatly appreciated. His attention to detail ensured that the pool area remained pristine and inviting throughout our stay. The outdoor grill area was another fantastic feature of the villa. We spent several evenings grilling fresh local seafood and enjoying al fresco dining under the stars. The well-maintained garden and outdoor seating made these moments even more special. On our last day, Alessandro made a traditional Sicilian dinner for us that he prepared himself. It was an unforgettable culinary experience, filled with delicious local dishes. After dinner, he delighted us by playing Italian songs on his guitar and singing. This heartfelt performance was the perfect end to our stay and left us with wonderful memories of our time in San Vito Lo Capo. Overall, our stay at Alessandro's villa was a wonderful experience. The combination of a great location, excellent amenities, and a superb host made it a trip to remember.
