The house was so cute and perfect for a couple. Dailiy warm bread was a treat! Private secure parking a bonus. Happy for the washer/dryer.

•⁠ Cleanliness. •⁠ ⁠The house was relatively isolated and there was no traffic noise. •⁠ ⁠It had a garage. •⁠ ⁠The sofa was comfortable and seemed clean. •⁠ ⁠The kitchen was spacious, and the cooktop was induction. •⁠ ⁠The construction of the house was of good quality. •⁠ ⁠Laundry area with washer and dryer. This is the first time in a vacation rental that the dryer works well. •⁠ ⁠Spacious bathroom. •⁠ ⁠Good water pressure. •⁠ ⁠Enough towels for the whole stay. •⁠ ⁠Enough shampoo, soap and dishwasher tablets. •⁠ ⁠Internet worked well. •⁠ ⁠They were able to resolve issues quickly.

•⁠ ⁠The television was small. •⁠ ⁠The kitchen lacked basic things like a pasta strainer. •⁠ ⁠The lighting in general was very dim. •⁠ ⁠The room smelled very musty, so we had to keep the window open all day. •⁠ ⁠The mattress was very soft, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. •⁠ ⁠There was a problem with the drains, so the bathroom stank like a sewer all day. •⁠ ⁠The TV had Netflix, but you had to log in with your own account. •⁠ ⁠The refrigerator was very noisy.

The house was super nice and the owner made a surprise and decorated the house for us because she knew we are on our honeymoon. It was really cozy to spend the time there and we would definitely choose this place again of we would go to Terceira in the future. The owner came also every morning with warm bread delivery which was also super nice.

The house was beautiful and very modern Lucia was helpful and gracious Fresh bread every morning Cows come to have coffee with you! Location is amazingly beautiful country side 10 min from biscoitos swimming also don't miss riberias Quattro a fabulous swim spot as well Go to taberna Roberto restaurant it was best food In all of Azores..

Beautiful home with a fabulous welcome. This 1 bedroom is truly a one bedroom house with a full kitchen, very spacious bathroom and comfortable bedroom. The two outside yard areas are tidy. We loved the location…rural but 20-25 minutes beautiful drives from just about anything. Biscoitos, the nearby town, has several good restaurants and grocery store & butcher shop. Walking around the local roads revealed fun sites and sounds!

The accommodation is perfect! We were warmly welcome on our arrival. The host responds immediately and all our needs and requests (early check-in, late check-out) were met. There was some butter, local cheese, jam, milk and juice waiting in the fridge, and the idea of hot bread delivered to your doorstep every morning is brilliant. The place is nicely furnished and very clean, the kitchen is very well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable. You can easily park a car in front of the house. The ocean view makes you feel on holiday right from the start. The garden is well-kept and there were some cherry tomatoes waiting to be eaten. The location is perfect both for peace-and-quiet seekers as well as trekking-lovers. It is easily accessible from the airport and you have plenty of attractions even in the nearest neighborhood. It was our first stop on the Azores and we were super lucky with the weather as well, which adds to our great experience of the islands. Thank you very much for having us! We are already thinking of coming back!

Host met us on arrival, and explained the property which is beautiful and very clean. Outdoor facilities are excellent as well. Fantastic shower and excellent laundry. This is a rural property and you do need to tuck your car in to let the tractors passed and there are lots of them! (As in tractors!) Highly recommend this property.

The contact with the owner. The perfect location, the easy access to every part of the island and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The space that makes you feel easily at home. Well furnished little house. It’s very cosy. The calmness of the place. it’s very comfy with everything you need. A king size bed Nice terrace to chill out, Breakfast organized for all your stay and hot bread delivered at your door every morning.
