South Lake Tahoe Resort - Steps to Beach & Close to Heavenly

The property was a good price, lots of rooms and space for 10 people, closer to parking lot than the beach which was okay for the most part. The pillows and most of the beds were comfortable. Great having three full bathrooms and washer/dryer.

The house does feel old, it’s very creaky, you can hear noise around easily, too many bugs and spiders for my comfort. The upstairs bed on second floor very uncomfortable. Not much lighting in some rooms.

Very spacious and well equipped. We loved we had 3 full bathrooms.

We arrived on a cold day and wanted to start the chimney but we did not find instructions on how to operate it. The can opener in the kitchen needs to be replaced. It is very dull and it does not work well.

Hosts Michael and Ethan were very responsive and communicative. We had no surprises and so our stay was stress-free. Property was spacious, clean, kitchen fully-equipped and the beds very comfortable. Lastly, the location was central and was easy walking distance to the lake, stores and restaurants.

Just a little confusion in the beginning. Upon checkin at the front desk to retrieve the parking passes, the receptionist told us that we were only allowed 2 parking passes during the holidays. We had 3 suvs in our party and thought the maximum allowed would be 4 cars. We were advised to park our third car in a casino lot. However, when we went into the house, we discovered unused temporary parking passes left on the kitchen counter. We used one and were very appreciative of this. Thanks very much!

Proximity to restaurants and grocery and getaway activities and beach.

July weather makes it hot inside the house without AIRCONDITIONED. The fans didn't help that much.

There was plenty of room for our family of 10. It was a short walk to the beach. The management team was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions.

The house was dusty. There was hair and “dust bunnies” on stairs, corners and bathrooms. You can tell the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time.
