敷地全体が手入れしてあり、庭で星空を眺めたり、ハンモックで読書をしたり、花火を楽しむことができた。 備品、設備一つ一つがデザイン性のあるもので、心地よい生活ができた。

エアコンの効きがイマイチ、また換気も含め機器の動作音が常に鳴っていた。そろそろ交換時期では？ 予約後、バーベキューが禁止になってしまい、計画が変わってしまった。せっかくのロケーションなのに残念だった。 6人で利用したが、奥の部屋のシングルベットが4台がくっついて配置されていた。シーツがダブル用で離せなかった。 一部屋鍵がかけられ利用できなかった。 人数により区画されていると思われるが、この部屋も利用できればベットの配置がゆったりできたのではないかと思えた。 ベットの下が掃除がされていないようで埃が溜まっていた。 オプションでついていたレンタカーが古く傷だらけ、シートも破れており、毎日ゴキブリが発生した。
