'Downtown' @ Terracotta Court

* Very responsive, friendly hosts who live in the town and were on hand to help with any issues. * Lovely little welcome gifts of snacks and drinks were a nice touch! * Spacious apartment with comfortable lounge area, well equipped kitchen and bedroom with vanity/hanging area * Super comfortable double bed and day bed (2 singles in the lounge) made it a great option for a family stay. * VERY central location, right in the centre of BOA and with a co-op over the road for any essentials you need. * Close to Bath so a great alternative base if you don't want to stay in bath itself. * Good value accommodation for a family (sharing a hotel room is no fun as your children get older!) This apartment could sleep 4 adults comfortably.

These are little things and mainly based around the fact that you are staying in an old building (which adds to its charm and why the town is so picturesque) None of these points would stop us from staying here again! *The apartment is part of an old building which is above a cafe and also off a communal hallway so there was some noise in the morning as everyone started to go about their business. This didn't affect us as we are early risers and with such a central location it's to be expected, but if you want a lie in it's worth noting! The windows don't have double/secondary glazing so noise from the surrounding properties / street can be heard. *The bedding was super clean and crisp but the towels, although they smelt amazing, could do with an upgrade (bit tired looking).

the location is great for exploring the town,.being right in the centre of BOA.it was easy to access everything. A handy co op for all basic needs is very nearby.Comfortable flat with nice extras , games books .

No on site parking but could pull in to lay by outside thecoop to unload 30 mins then found free street parking nearby. the car then remained there for rest of our stay as so ease to walk everywhere in BOA.

Perfect location. Spacious. Decor.

So glad we found this place after a hotel booking fell through. The flat is really lovely and had everything we needed , including nice extras like a coffee machine , biscuits, tea , hot chocolate and bathroom products , The location is great as it's in the centre, close to everything. Both restaurants we went to were less than 5 mins walk. We found the bed comfortable, even though it was softer than ours. The shower pressure was good and the heating was efficient- it was a couple of cold days . The owner very kindly let us check out a bit later too, which meant we didn't need to get an earlier train . I would definitely stay here again!

The communal main door is quite loud when it's shut, but that can't be helped and wouldn't stop me staying again.

There were treats left for us, including tea bags, hot chocolate and shortbread. Very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Good amenities: kettle, oven and washing machine. The lounge was very cosy and the sofa bed was very comfortable. The books and games are a nice touch. Good and central location. Literally opposite Co-op which came in handy.

Lovely communication and flexible check-in thanks to the property manager Laura. Really clean, super comfy beds, good shower and quiet even though it's smack bang in the centre of BOA. We stayed for 8 nights over 2 weeks as our bathroom was being renovated and it was so handy for town, school, everything. We would definitely recommend.

I think longer term the kitchen needs to be updated as the oven etc was pretty old. A small dishwasher would have been amazing.
