Einige Teile der Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen (Bett, Backofen...)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und auch sicher gefühlt,da das Grundstück umzäunt und mit einem elektrischen Tor versehen war. Das Haus war sehr schön und etwas abseits von cecina und sehr ruhig,.aber mit dem Auto waren wir schnell in cecina, Bibbona und am Meer.. Der Vermieter war sehr nett,,und wenn wir ein Problem hatten ,war er immer für uns da. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles😊😊

Der Garten ist traumhaft und der Pool schön groß

Die Gartenmöbel zum Sitzen waren aus Holz und dadurch etwas besser unbequem

Communication with Mr. Corrado is excellent, he is very nice and his helpful approach is above standard. WIFI signal coverage is a little weaker, but otherwise the accommodation is perfect. Problems with insects are minimal, Mr. Corrado regularly uses insecticide. We were 2 families with children in the house and even so we had enough space and comfort. We really appreciated the 4 bathrooms :) I am sure that I can warmly recommend this accommodation to all my friends.

We loved the amount of room inside and outside and the enclosed garden with pool. It was quiet and peaceful. It is advertised as 4 bedrooms but it has 5 :) The lady of the house was kind and gave us some coal to be able to use the barbecue facilities.

We expected more than one bedroom to have air conditioning so the 38 degrees heat for 10 days straight was hard when we weren't used to it! We didn't expect the amount of mosquitos in the area and we were bitten an incredible amount to the extent I needed antibiotics when I got back home to England. The lady of the house was kind and gave us something to help with the mosquitos but unfortunately it didn't work and they kept biting us. There wasn't any toiletries or cleaning products left for us in the house such as washing up liquid , cleaning spray etc so expect to bring your own. The water kept going off for a couple of hours at a time making showering difficult. There was an incident with the pool breaking the day before we were due to leave that unfortunately the owner accused us of breaking at first and wanted to charge us for the water cost it would take to fill up again once the pool was mended but then came over to apologise saying it was probably an animal that broke it in the night. That made the last day awkward for us and upsetting for the kids not being able to use the pool on the last day of their holiday. All in all I think what you get is worth the money we paid but I'd avoid the summer months if you don't want to get bitten by mosquitos and you can't manage the very hot heat!
