Town Larissa is very near and for every recomodation for visit. Beach is nice and clean, our kids loved it. Good location of place from where you can visit another beaches, places or whatever you prefere. Constantinos is great hoast, very kind, carring and full of hospitality. The house was above our expectations, it was really a luxury house with everything one needs. We were impressed by how clean and tidy the house was. The garden was beautiful with nice shadows different places. We got a very, very nice and cosy welcome by the owner and his daughter, they had made some greek dishes for us. Our children got both welcome and goodbye small presents, which was a great surprise for them. The fridge was more than welcoming too with different beverages and a watermellon from the owner. The beaches were nearby. We liked the nice sand, the clear water and the fact that it was not crowded. We were looking for a place to relax without crowds of tourists and we found it. Both the house and the beaches nearby were the perfect choice for us. Highly recommeding!

We had everything we need for a good vacation. The place was clean and very well equipped. The host was very nice. I can recommend the house with both hands.

Great location with perfect house layout, clean rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipment kitchen. Beautiful garden with outdoor activities, modern barbeque, places for relax and nice terrace to spend the evenings with your family. Konstantinos is not only a host, also a friend. I strongly recommend this place for your vacation.

Our vacation at Costa Petra was truly amazing! We left a piece of our hearts there and we will definitely go back someday! We have never before stayed in a more cozy, clean, comfortable and welcoming place! The host Kostas Balamotis is such a smiling, helpful and cheerful person, he had taken care of every detail before we arrived and he welcomed us with two soooooo delicious pies - one with cheese and one with milk and sugar and we felt at home instantaneously! Kostas, thank you so so very much for making our vacation so pleasant! Costa Petra is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation – it is in a very quiet neighbourhood far from the noisy main street, but still close enough to the beach, so that you can walk by foot to reach it – it’s about 650 meters away. The garden around the house is beautifully decorated with flowers and palm trees lit by solar lights during the night and there is very comfortable garden furniture on which you can spend the cool hours of the day. The garden is ideal for kids at all age – they can run and play on the grass or they can lie on the hammock. Kostas has grown a lovely small vegetable garden at the end of the yard and you can cut and eat fresh tasty vegetables! The house has a big kitchen equipped with all the necessary stuff – huge refridgerator, oven, microwave, dishwashing machine and a lot of cupboards full of useful utensils. The rooms have all the things you need – comfortable beds, a lot of drawers to put your clothes in, there are mosquito nets on every window and door. The kids' room is just amazing – beds on 2 different levels and every bed has its own night light, the stairs to the second level are also cupboards full of various beach accessories and toys which the kids can use for free. The nearby beach is very clean, sandy, child friendly, with sun beds and umbrellas.

There was absolutely nothing that we disliked!

The time spent here was exceptional. Mr Kostas made all the effort to make us feel like at home. The place is very clean and child friendly, nothing that we missed in here. He had a lot of surprises for us and the kids, and we really Felt great. The location is quiet, and very Close to the beach, with a beautiful garden, where we all Could relax after the time on the beach. We definitely recommend Costa Petra to everybody that wants to spend a great vacation, at a great Host.
