The location was a short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Looks like they are remodeling a lot of the old houses.

When we arrived, the first thing we had to do was remove the 3in cockroaches from the floor. The house needs so much work. The garage was full of old junk and looks like storage of broken items. There were holes in the walls/ceilings. Will include pics. Had a boarded up skylight in bathroom. Lots of duct tape and holes. I realize we are in Florida but the daily ant invasion was ridiculous. The frig had missing/broken parts.

the whole set up was nice and spacious. 2 separate kitchens and living rooms. was perfect for our two families.
