Casa Mercedes, terrace with Sea Views Puerto del Carmen

Lovely clean apartment with all modern facilities , the view from the balcony was superb, very enjoyable stay ,the hosts Andres and Sarah are brilliant . Everything was 100%, hope to stay there again soon

Nice apartment with sea view, clean and bright, good area, you have everything what you need in waking distance, shop's, restaurants, beach.

I liked the stress free of checking in at a reception I liked being able to just let myself in and get comfy

I liked the property overall the view was fabulous we had a few things broken on arrival but they fixed them straight away

Fantastic location, fantastic views of the old harbour.

There are 4 apartments in this building, one of the top floor and three below it. The photos on booking.com are however of the top floor with extensive balcony and large main bedroom. The apartment we got was much smaller, tiny main bedroom with barely the width of a locker on either side of the bed. While its advertised for 4 people, we were 3 people and found it tight. Only two people could eat at the breakfast bar, the only other 'dining table' on the balcony could only barely fit 3 plates with no room for serving plates. We had planned getting some work done in the mornings, the only option to use a laptop was to use the travel ironing board on the bed as a table. I notified the host on arrival and he said the photos were quite clear, I have used booking.com now for many years and have never had this problem. I tried rebooking for early next year to see if I would have the same problem, an yes. The photos for the actual apartment are only visible AFTER the reservation has been made. So be careful, your needs may be different to mine and you're ok with a smaller apartment.

Lovely smart apartment, vert clean and tidy , great view over the harbour, Great location just a short walk bars and restaurants, supermarket across the road .balcony got the sun all day , loved it.

The view is gorgeous, the bed was was very comfortable The apartment was exactly what we booked

I did ask the owner to fix the bedroom patio door on the first day that leads out onto the balcony as it would not lock, It is up high and chances of someone getting in is slim but I would have preferred If I was able to lock the door Nobody came to fix it.

The location is great - in the old town yet just a 5 minute walk to the action! You could sit all day on the balcony & watch the boats to & fro. A real bonus was being able to watch the end of Fiesta fireworks from the balcony. Small issues with lighting & the fan were quickly remedied. We would definitely stay here again!

The only downfall is no air conditioning but the apartment fan is easily moved from bedroom to lounge to balcony & you can create a good windflow from the bedroom (opening the shutters & windows) whilst opening the patio doors to the balcony allows fresh air to flow.
