"Amazingly great place to stay for Puerto de Carmen"

This property is in an excellent location of the popular resort location Puerto del Carmen with lots of nice restaurants around. The size property is huge and more than enough for a family of four or five with plenty of free space to hang around. The owner is very friendly and speaks English fluently and recommended so many different nice spots on the island to visit. You don’t really need a car in the area but if you happened to rent a car, there are plenty of free spaces to park right in front of the property. I’ve been to Puerto de Carmen twice, this is definitely the better property I’ve stayed for self catering. The property is also very clean and well kept at a high standard. There is all the facilities you need including a spare office room with strong internet, washing machine etc. I will definitely be back here again in my next visit to Lanzarote.

Cannot think of anything I didn’t like while at the property. Maybe if there was sea view, and of course the price will be more expensive. The property is very near the beach so not really an issue.

"Perfect for our needs as I needed to do some work also"

Very spacious, had office to use my computer in privacy. Full set of kitchen utensils including coffee maker for pods. Very comfortable lounge area. Also had washing machine which is very suitable for longer stays. Host Steven kept in contact to ensure everything was OK.

From the moment we arrived we saw we had found a fabulous home a gem of a place as the last reviewer said. Very comfortable, clean ,very spacious,good position . everything you needed and more . Sad to leave. Steven is so friendly and very helpful. We had a Wonderful time.
