Modern two bedroom house near Jurassic Coast

The house was nicely decorated for Christmas. The house was very clean. Lovely location. Plenty of room for parking. Quiet little cul-de-sac, great for the kids Pet friendly. Local amenties were very close. the large amount of information leaflets on whats near us, also the amount of DVD's available to watch The welcome pack was massive and probably wouldve kept us going most of the week had we not brought our own tea, coffee and milk!

The cooker itself kept going out whilt cooking and looked like it wasnt cleaned the last time the cleaners were in, although hob itself worked fine. The conservatory doors didnt work properly, apparently broken by guest prior to our stay, also the door between the kitchen to the conservatory was very hard to open and close. I understand this time of year in the run up to christmas it is hard to find someone on such short notice to fix this problem.

Lovely property, the owners were more than helpful. Hope to go back in the future.

Very quiet, mostly albeit on one night the neighbours were playing very loud music were banging and they sounded like people knocking doors, however it was beautiful to look all the stars as there is no lights if you are going to walk at night, I would strongly advise taking a torch but it was lovely looking at all the stars. The property was warm. I know there was comments from other people saying it wasn’t warm however I didn’t find any problem at all with the heating.

There was a very musty smell in one of the kitchen cupboards like it has been dumped and not dried out. There are lots of little flies around in the bedroom at night resulting in a couple of bites. The neighbours were quite noisy playing very loud music at one stage. I don’t believe they were having a Halloween party as I was there Halloween that the cold was very quiet. I was disappointed that the showerhead was clogged up and they were hairs in the bath. Anil Notley go in the property and read the information. Do you know that you can put behind the property after struggling to park in the street? It would be haps be helpful to have that in the instructions along with how to access the key to the property..

The location and the visual effect of the small close which had been designed with thoughtfulness for it’s impact and location. The house was larger than anticipated, and the garden patio area was great for our dog. The double bed was very comfortable and the provision of two comfortable sofas in the living room, meant that four people could be accommodated comfortably. The twin room which we did not use, was bright and comfortable, small but perfectly formed.

Eventually the house was warm and cosy, but it would have been useful to have some instruction regarding how to change the temperature, unfortunately we had chosen a very wet period for our stay and needed warming up. Also instructions how to work the gas oven would have been helpful, it kept going out initially so we just ate soup which we could heat on the hob or in the microwave. Fortunately we were able to eat our pizza the second night because we looked up the instructions on google. I am only mentioning it in case future guests were not people who used the internet. On the whole our stay was very pleasant, my daughter and I would certainly stay again because of the comfort and location, and also will recommend the property to friends and family.

Lack of bathroom cleaning products, e.g, cleaning wipes, bleach disinfectant, etc. We forgot our shower gel and there wasn't any available. Had to use hand wash! No soap. Toilet rolls....we were only left 1. Bed was uncomfortable, so I had to sleep in the single bed, which wasn't made up. Found linen in the airing cupboard No pegs to hang our wet swimming towels on the line. Welcome pack was poor compared to our previous stays, only 5 tea bags. No biscuits, etc. We had travelled 3 hours, so a cuppa and a biscuit would have been nice. The neighbour started drilling and banging at 10.00 am the next morning. Obviously doing work in the house the whole weekend.

Nice house in a great location. Had everything we needed.

The location was brilliant for exploring all of dorset. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed with a lovely welcome pack too. Communication with owners was fantastic and the neighbours were friendly

The garden wasn't as big as it appeared on pictures but was still pleasant to sit in.
