Everything was good and location very close to restaurants. Quiet and relaxing community!! Host were very polite!

There were a couple of concerns that could be addressed. 1. wood decking outside needs screws and nails to be reset or replace wood. 2. Back yard furniture had spider's and webs on them. 3. Found huge spider last night on bathroom ceiling. House and yard need insect attention. Other than those minor situations it was wonderful. We will be back.

The location is perfect. It's as they describe it. There's a hiking trail maybe a minute walk out of the back of the property boundary. The owners are communicative and helpful. Fast to respond. It's quiet as can be even in busy times.

It's not the kind of place you go to just watch TV. Only suggestion I would make is the only TV (which is loaded with free streaming) be replaced with a nice new 50" Samsung from Costco. Maybe some plug splitters on the plugs with USB charging for phones and so on. Other than that the place is awesome.

"Wonderful condo in the pines"

The condo overall is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable, showers have great water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent location close to stores, restaurants & outdoor activities. Has a small fenced in backyard with a BBQ grill & tables & chairs, nice outdoor lighting. Has individual air conditioning for living room/kitchen & both upstairs bedrooms, they do the job. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with a small patio that was nicely decorated with plenty of seating and a new grill. Close to restaurants and hiking.

The property needed some updating and the community security gate was not operational and left open while we were there. There was no soap for the showers and the hand soaps had all been diluted with water. Internet was really slow.
