The apartment had absolutely everything that you need. The apartment complex has lifts to all floors and a large pool area with sunbeds. Close to all amenities, beach and buses.

There's nothing about this apartment to criticise.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation in Maspalomas, really close to the bus stop and local supermarkets. Large and modern bathroom, the apartment was clean on arrival. Staff was friendly and left a bottle of red wine as welcome gift. Really recommended

The apartment is in a great location, near Playa del Ingles. It is also close to the bus station which is well connected to the beaches, towns and airport (I recommend this mode of transport, it was almost never crowded, the prices are ok and the drivers are very friendly and accommodating. You can also use it for transfer from and to the airport). It has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has been recently renovated. The pool is only a few meters away from the terrace. The wifi is also solid and the table on the terrace is convenient for working if some of you are considering it. We had excellent communication with the staff, they were very helpful and friendly, which was especially important as we had early and late flights with long layovers and a flood at one point. PS I recommend a Thai restaurant within the Las arenas complex.

We had a flood in our apartment, but the rental agency staff found us another apartment nearby the same day. It can be loud from time to time, there have been renovations in other departments in the Las Arenas complex and there have been gatherings and parties in other departments. You may also find it useful to know that they do not clean the room while you are there, it was not a problem for us, but I guess it is good to know.

A perfect place for a well-deserved rest. The apartment's equipment is sufficient to prepare the simplest dishes. There are various shops and restaurants close to the facility. 200 m to the beach, the view of the ocean is priceless!!!! I recommend it to anyone who appreciates peace and quiet.I think I'll go back there again in some time

Close to literally everything you can expect in a seaside town.I liked the distance to all the attractions that the city of MASPALOMAS offers. And, above all, the beach.. cheap deckchairs, close to restaurants and souvenir shops. I am satisfied with this trip.
