Very friendly and helpful staff

One TV was damaged. Very loud at night due to local pubs, but I think that's hard to avoid in the area.

Very spacious, clean and friendly staff, always answered whenever we had questions. The location is perfect, close to supermarkets and shopping malls.

Nothing at all. The beach is a little further but we already knew this so not really a negative.

The apartment was perfect for two people. Modern kitchen full cooker with oven and microwave & washing machine. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Nice bed linen and lots of towels provided. There was a view of the sea, pool and street from the balcony. The pool area is very nice with sun all day and plenty of sun beds. There is parking provided if you have a car. The surrounding area from the complex has lots of restaurants and its about 5 mins walk to the Yumbo shopping centre. Although we didn’t get to meet the owner Christina, her team were available and immediately answered any queries we had.

I would like to highlight the very friendly and welcoming reception staff, who are easily reachable through WhatsApp. The apartment is quite small but suitable for two people, offering everything you need for a short vacation, including a washing machine, detergents, and enough towels. It also has a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast with a beautiful and relaxing view of the sea in the distance.

1. There were cockroaches present, but a simple tip to to minimize their presence as much as possible: don’t leave any organic material (even crumbs) out overnight or when leaving the house. Make sure to wash all dishes, tie up trash bags or throw them out before bed, and fill the sink with water." 2. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink, but it’s manageable.

Very clean, well equipped, comfy beds central location. Ideal swimming pool size. Really couldn't fault anything. Enjoyed our stay x

We found the location was amazing and there was so much to do in the area which is within walking distance

The only down fall was that the drilling on the steps of the property outside we found that this was constant

Great location, apartment had everything we needed and was a good size for a family of 5. Excellent and quick communication with the owner and we had a fabulous time, enjoying the pool and well kept building.

Lack of air con although there were fans in each room. Fine whilst we were there but maybe less so when temperature is higher. Also bathroom not well ventilated.

Central Location, Good facilities and clean. A good sized apartment that suited the needs of our group. Booking again for later in the year

The walls are too thin. It was very uncomfortable with the noisy neighbours
