Nicely prepared room with hair dryer.

The host arrived 25 minutes late and I sat outside on pavement waiting. The property is not at all soundproof so I could hear all the street noises and voices at night and early morning. The bed and pillow a bit hard for me. No coffee/tea sachets which would have been a nice touch.

Very clean, all kitchen and laundry amenities you could need, great location and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen has a full size fridge, and quite spacious. Although a typical residential street with apartments/houses on either side, it was relatively quiet, easy to find and only short walk to everything … train station, restaurants, historical centre and ocean (won’t say beaches because there is only ONE beach in Polignano … the famous overcrowded one! Otherwise only cliffs for miles).

No consumables are included; for example dish detergent (neither for the sink, or dishwasher), no tea/coffee/sugar or condiments. Although not included in the description, in most apartments I have stayed, these things are left over from previous guests, so I was a little surprised NO leftovers of anything remained. I stayed for 7 nights and only 1 roll of toilet paper …. that was a first, never had to supply my own toilet paper before.

Was really clean, spacious with ample storage. Lots of facilities including plenty of cutlery and plates and cookware. Bathroom was decent. People running the property are really lovely!!! Fabulous location
