"Die Casa Cosoli eignet sich für grosse Gruppen, hat einen wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten, hat aber eine sehr schlecht"

Das Haus ist ideal für grössere Gruppen geeignet. Es fügt sich harmonisch in die umliegende Landschaft ein, befindet sich jedoch in einer abgelegenen Lage an einer schwer zugänglichen Strasse. Der liebevoll angelegte Garten mit Swimmingpool bietet eine herrliche Umgebung zum Entspannen und Geniessen.

Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand und stellt ein erhebliches Problem dar. Sie ist stark steinig und hat zu Reifenschäden geführt, die ein Abschleppen des Fahrzeugs erforderlich machten. Ein Geländewagen wäre für die Anfahrt eigentlich unerlässlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, zeigt jedoch deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und wirkt nicht mehr besonders gepflegt.

"Wonderful house for 2 families to share in a stunning location."

Beautiful property with wonderful views. Lots of space, 5 big bedrooms. Swimming pool is fantastic.

You have to drive for about 10 minutes off road and it’s quite steep and bumpy, so quite difficult (but not impossible) for an average hire car. Air con in the downstairs bedroom would be an added bonus..
