University Escape with hot tub and fire pit

I loved how the place was close to many places everything we needed was in a 10-15 mile radius.

There was hardly any tissue paper, no paper towels or dish washing cloths. Shower curtain liner was dirty with old soap scum. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work.

This property was in a very nice and quite neighborhood, the house itself it set up very nicely.

The property was not as clean as expected to be which is not something that my family takes lightly. I personally had to rewash dishes out of the cabinets before using them as they still has stuff on them from the last use. We also found plastic trash around the house upon arrival. Floors weren’t very clean either. There were also visible spots on the walls where damage wasn’t fully repaired which isn’t very professional in my personal opinion. There also wasn’t anything to clean the counter tops and stove after cooking etc.

Location was great!

Some fixtures and furniture need repair. King bed has crew sticking out on front left corner, my son cut his knee.

I liked everything! The property was nice, clean, comfortable and in a great location.

The sitting room was very comfortable and a nice place to hang out with the family in the evenings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and the beds were very comfortable. Situated in a very quiet location this was the perfect property for our needs.
