"Perfect accomodation in a idyllic location."

Beautifully decorated to a very high standard. Comfortable seating in the lounge. There was a downstairs toilet, and an ensuite. The location was fantastic for walks along the seafront and nearby shops and cafes. The dining table was bigger than it looked (almost didn’t book because I wasn’t sure) and was able to take an outside chair and put it there.

Not a bug fan of cooking with Agas but it did make the kitchen warm. The parking space was handy but a little small for our big car.

Location was excellent for beach and shops.Being elderly this was a bonus.A

A rail on other side of stairs would have been helpful. Also Small bins in bedrooms.

Location for beach and shopping and restaurants.

More adequate supplies (garbage bags, toilet paper, etc). Welcome basket most disappointing.

Nothing. Well, maybe the seagulls but they are everywhere, just don’t eat ice creams around them.

"Luxurious seaside escape"

The cottage is so gorgeous from the interior design to all the facilities. Such a warm, comfortable, luxurious property. The location is spot on and includes private parking.

"Wonderful cottage in the perfect location"

A lovely cottage in the perfect location. Everything for Budleigh right on your dooorstep - lovely quaint village with a quiet pebble beach, locals super friendly and helpful. It’s also only a short drive away from Exmouth which is a great kid friendly area with lots of activities and a sandy beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back :)

Beautifully decorated. Fantastic location - bonus it has parking. Lovely welcome pack. Easy to contact. Plenty of wardrobe space. Comfortable beds and living space. Lovely peaceful garden.

"Spot on location"

Location was excellent, everything in property was first class. Beds were very comfy.

We were there with elderly parents and having to carry chairs in from the garden for every meal was a bit of pain, because of only having 4 dining chairs around the table. An AGA is a very hard way to cook and in June the heat was unbearable. The separate cooker should be supplied all year round. The rear bedroom has no mirror, so my wife had to wait for someone else to get up before she could wash and then blow dry her hair in their room.
