Everything was perfect and clean. A very nice house, with large enough rooms.

House was immaculate warm and comfortable.

The upstairs bathroom and bedroom was freezing. No hot water. House was freezing the first night.

Didn’t find the house information booklet until the morning we left so we had lukewarm showers; the washing machine had a musty smell and was mouldy, no clothes airer, heating not working in one of the bedrooms, double beds pushed up against a wall.

Home from home. Loved the folder with 'how to' help and hints about local spots and shops.

Took a few minutes to work out where it was on the street, which, to be honest,is very much a me problem. Nothing to moan about after that. RHS as as soon as you turn in to the estate btw :)
