1. bad service 2. the things u see at picture, not the same at all 3. lack of service. 4. 1 of the room can't lock because it damage. but when we call he said its ok.. or u need a skill to open it.. what is that? we are customer. u just said like that? 5. got issue about the swimming pool. customer service told will send swimming pool team come to check it tomorrow. till i check out no body is coming.. so what for u come if the customer already gone? and blame the customer switch off the pump meter. my 1st time how come i know all the things? 6. where is my towel? 7. customer service said normally they caretaker team wil DOUBLE CHECK the house before customer check in. but how come this happen. are you REALLY DOUBLE CHECK? 8. the issue is here. one of bedsheet get a very small damage with unremovable stain. that what he said and cant use for the next guest. n fine for RM200. REALLY? when i check in, i already saw and noted about it but for the normal, its ok . small thing and not a big issue. but they really want the RM200! if customer can consider about your mistake earlier, WHY NOT you? 1st n last stay here because the lake off customer service. really bad. *indah khabar dr rupe.. nk ambik duit org bukan main laju, semua benda cek btol2. teliti sgt gitu la.. time org nk check in, xde pulak ko nk cek btol2. rosak itu inii lantai kotor, bjln kaki itam dlm umh. pundek
