Trata-se de uma pequena casa, perfeita para uma família, confortável e bem equipada. Espaço exterior muito bem tratado, tem churrasqueira e mesa para fazer refeições no exterior. Vistas muito bonitas, é o lugar ideal para descansar

Os acessos requerem alguma mestria, principalmente quando se tratam de carros grandes. Ruas muito estreitas, curvas apertadas e com inclinação. São exequíveis, mas exigem algum cuidado e atenção.
