"Place needs some serious maintenance. Other than that it is nice."

If they do a good maintenance job I recommend the place, but before that not. The place itself is quite nice 2 bedroom apartment, but the place had fungi on the ceilings, many insects in one of the rooms, and the toilet didn't flush properly so we needed a bucket to flush the poo away. The garden was not maintained. The place needs some serious maintenance and do-over and it will be nice. The manager of the house was friendly and very willing to help.

"Discovery of a beautiful place in Andalousie"

The house is very nice and the location near the beach and natural parcs is exceptionnal.

In the winter many restaurants nearby are closed and the house could be very cold by arriving.
