The bed was really hard

Location is good. Easy and quick check out. The apartment is comfortable and has lovely furniture and a big terrace with amazing views. We had a few issues, which were addressed very quickly by the host and the owner of the property. Communication was very good. The host/owner arranged for the outside door lock to be changed quickly (as we had an issue with the key not being able to lock on the inside) and brought some bulbs to be changed. They also brought two fans and water (as we experienced water supply problem due to a burst pipe in the area, as far as I understand). They were very swift to help and bring us what we needed.

The biggest thing was, it was very difficult to sleep, it was too hot and the air conditioning unit in the flat is very small and inefficient to accommodate the whole area, including the bedrooms. Hence the reason we left the property earlier than planned. The property requires more maintenance. Doors' handles and locks were rusty and difficult to lock and unlock, in particular the terrace doors. Some lights did not work. The shower cabin is broken. The property needs more TLC. We did not have water for three days however this was an area problem, nothing to do with the property. However, this is a known problem in the area and this situation could be avoided by installing a water tank to provide water (mainly for flushing the toilet and very basis needs) when the main supply water stops. Also, an extra pan and a saucepan would be good to have.

It is very comfortable and apartments are big. The garden is big and green. It’s very close to the beach. There is parking inside of yard so the car is safe. The kitchen is well equipped. We had one apartment on the ground floor that was very modern and comfortable and one at 1st floor that was more vintage. The view is spectacular especially on sunrise. There’s a terrace on top we’re you can see the village perfectly. The beaches are close and super nice. The area is great historical so you will find many this to see. Don’t miss the floating church ! The dog in the property is not aggressive !! If you leave him alone he will not care about you. Don’t stress him!

The bathrooms are very small. The building might require some new paint as the look it’s not so nice. We could not open The doors of the bedrooms for the balcony. On the top apartment, the 2 beds bedroom is very small and was little bit uncomfortable to move around. Be aware that in the village there are no taverns or shops!

Everything was ok. Easy communication with the owner.

The neighbors are Greek and they remarked to the children that they kick at 6 p.m., despite the presence of a playground in the yard.
