"Good base to relax after long walks on the beach with dog."

Really good location, close enough to beach. House was very clean with everything you need for a short break.

The bed we slept in was rather squeaky, everytime my partner moved or turned over in bed it woke me up!! The shower door came off its rails a couple of times also. Apart from that very comfortable stay.

Location is excellent as within minutes of beach, park and town. Cottage is beautifully presented

A bit dark and overshadowed by other buildings Tricky to find, sign for cottage could do with being on outside wall not hidden by a gate

excellent deco and facility for the family

beds adult could do with being larger and more comfortable. location at the rear of beach front although pleasant yard area. parking ok off road but could do with a sign at the side of property to locate or light to read beach cottage.

"Fabulous compact cottage."

This a wonderful property. Warm and welcoming. Lovely and clean, the kind of place where you are happy walk about in your bare feet. Very comfy beds and the area is surprisingly quiet considering how close other properties are. Very short walk to the town centre and an even shorter walk to the promenade and the beach. We all said we will be very happy to book again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Can sleep up to 6 people but not enough crockery, only 3 mugs when we were there and there were 4 of us. There were some small mugs on a shelf but they looked more ornamental so didnt use. Perhaps better to put the welcome notes on the table, rather than hanging behind front door on coat hook, so they are clearly visible. They got covered up with coats so we only found them on the last day when clearing out😊
