Majestic Resort 505 with RESERVED parking on 3rd Floor Walk-Over

The location and condo were both wonderful.

I like the view of the beach.

I didn’t like that the air didn’t go lower than 70 so I was kinda hot resting at night. The condo wasn’t stocked with the necessities such as laundry detergent , dish washing liquid etc. Overall, the stay was great and will stay again.

The we rented from in 505 is a get over and not honest . he did not provide parking passes as he should and I had to pay for parking. He also had roaches in the place and I informed him of that ,He kept my security deposit because he claim I broke his out dated fridge and his out door chair that was In horrible shape when I arrived.

The property is located in a convenient location in Panama City Beach. All the units seem to have a beach view. The property has multiple pools and hot tubs, and has amenities like pool table and table tennis. The master bedroom is very spacious, but the other 2 rooms are way too small. I wish the room sizes were more balanced. The parking spots are close to the load/unload spot which is convenient.

Their tennis court is a joke. It's located on the top floor of the parking garage. They basically painted the concrete without building a legit surface. Some of the furnitures on the patio are broken. The umbrellas provided in the unit are both kinda broken. There's no beach towels in the unit so prepare your own. Oh the 2 smaller rooms' windows are facing the street, which can be really loud at midnight. My biggest complaint is the customer service. I arrived at the condo an hour before the checkin time because I didn't account for the 1 hour time difference. I thought the key pad wasn't working at first so I texted the customer service about it(number provided by pineapple realty group). Then I called the number to try to get an answer - called about 15 times and was always sent to voice mail. I then realized the code probably wouldn't work until exactly 4pm. I guess they're super strict about the 4pm checkin time, but being so rigid about it without any flexibility is disappointing. I wouldn't book this place again.
