Casa De S'Arca

Stunning location and a very comfortable, very stylish and really well appointed venue. The view is quite breathtaking and the surrounding coastline is very picturesque. We enjoyed a very relaxing couple of nights here and it was a wonderful base for visiting other localities in this really delightful part of Italy.

There was no wifi and it was in a mobile blackspot although in retrospect that was actually no bad thing as we certainly had plenty of other things to interest us. There is also a fairly steep driveway/walkway up to the unit which didn't worry me although less mobile people may have an issue.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft und haben mit unseren Kindern vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Dieser Ort ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Es gibt zwar kein Telefon und kein Internet, aber gerade das macht den Charme dieses Ortes aus. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit vom Massentourismus sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht.

The map on booking.com of the property location was misleading

The view was fantastic. The accommodation was very clean, very modern and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights and had everything we needed. Many thanks again to Ivana, she was always there for us and helped us at any time (recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets etc.). Everything 100% recommendable! We would love to come back!

Please note, however, that there is no internet or GPS network. For us as a group it was actually quite good to spend time without cell phones :)

GSM coverage is very poor in the area (very difficult to communicate), No market nearby (need to buy all needs in the town approx 15kms)

The view was one one the best I ever saw.

To first good supermarket you need to drive 30km. But in 2km from the place was one small one. And I was really missing good vacum cleaner. Because on the sand.

The restaurant next door, the location is great, but the food was terrible. I have never eaten food this bad by the sea.

The house is on the seaside, exactly as I imagined. The interior was really cool, but i would not offer to go there with kids. Terrace is amazing!

I paid for a 3 bedroom house, instead I got a part from the house with 1 bedroom - no window at all. It was an alcove, so if you close the door, you feel like in a crypt. We were there the 4 of Us, 2 of Us had to stay in the living room, which was right at the entrance and in front of the kitchen table, which was pushed to the wall, so you could walk between the bed and the table. There was a dishwasher, but no tablet - there was a washing machine, but no liquid. So basically they were there just as a decoration. everything had a pricetag though - cleaning the grill, washing the pillows in case you make it dirty. The apartment above us was really noisy, you could even hear them to use the stairs(because of the walls). There was some poor internet connection in the house, if you walk away 50 meters, it was totally fine.
