Nice little house with everything you might need.

Wifi not working (the staff was not able to fix it, they provided us with login for a different WiFi which didn't have Internet connection either. + there was very bad cell coverage in the house, so we were not able to use our mobile internet I would not recommend it to people suffering with astma/breathing issues/allergies as there was significant moisture in the air inside and it smelled a bit moldy.

We stayed in Casa do Bico for two nights, the house is really cute and wide. The cleaning was actually excellent and the communication with the host was perfect. We did a self check-in and a self check-out without any problem. The house is in a calm zone near Sao Roque do Pico, close enough to all the interest point of Pico Island. The host also let us a very appreciated basket with products in the kitchen.

Poor internal finishing and obsoleted electronic appliances (refrigerator).

Very spacious house with a nice patio where you can sit outside. The kitchen has many equipments, it’s a very quiet and peaceful location. It’s important that you have your own car/bike because it’s pretty far to Montagna pico or the hiking trails, ferry etc..

It doesn’t have an air condition, only 1 fan in the bedroom. It’s not too hot in the summer here, but it’s also doesn’t really cools down in the night, so good to know if you can’t handle the heat.

No air con or fan. Unfortunately in Summer this can make the place quite uncomfortable in the heat.

Location in a quiet road 5 minutes walk to the sea. Good shower, clean bed sheets and big clean shower towels. Internet worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy and always available parking. Good communication with the host.

Air conditioning would be lovely but at least a fan would have been nice. More outdoor furniture as tables and chairs, thats a must. We were sharing a small table and 3 chairs with the other flats.

Casa do Bica is a group of well cared for rentals close to the center of Sao Roque. It was close to the tidal pools, festivals, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean, well stocked with a full kitchen and large bathroom.

It would have been really nice to have a fan as the unit was quite stuffy at night.
