it's location is exceptional

Location was perfect. Apartment comfortable and spacious.

Excellent location so near to the sea and centre of town.

The biggest thing was the deliveries to the surrounding businesses. Very noisy and started very early in the morning.

Location was excelent. May not be Suitable for young childre.

Parking is hit and miss if you have a car .

One bathroom and parts of the property could do with upgrading ,and the steps at the entrance were quite hard work

The location was excellent and the property was spacious and comfortable.

The kitchen was very dated. The washing machine was not very clean. There was un unloading zone right outside the property, so it tended to be quite noisy from 8am in the morning. The owner, who lived below, had 2 large dogs which barked whenever someone passed by their gate. This added to the noise. Overall the property was very dated.

Location was fabulous

Needs updating, things were broken. Shower screen smashed whilst in the shower, no contact was made by the owner after reporting this. Noisy in mornings with deliveries .
