Natur pur Pikovo

Everything. This is little slice of paradise in the Alps. Other than a few walkers and riders coming past on the Sunday morning we saw no one. Enjoyed sitting at the barbecue table out the front in the sunshine morning and late afternoon and walking the trails in between. The house had everything we needed to cook which meant we didn’t need to leave our peace and quiet for dinner. We did however enjoy ending our hike with a lovely lunch at the lodge near the church. Great tips from our host about hikes and the lodge. The house is spacious and has a lovely homely feel. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing.

We loved the amazing view and the quietness of the area - the closest human beings are at least 1 km away, but you can easily see the mountain wildlife from the window or the bench next to the house. Hiking routes start directly in front of the house. The kitchen is well equiped. The owners are very lovely, they also have a dog so they know what you will need if you come to their place with your four-legged friends :)

The rooms downstairs have a bit humid air (but you will enjoy their cool climate in hot summer days).

In the heart of a forest, spread among the hills, sits a quiet cabin for a perfect getaway weekend. We are relaxed, chilling close to a warm fireplace after a dinner, prepared with endless laughs, cooked in the perfectly stacked kitchen, just about to dance in a modern and spacious living room. It's perfect. And a though of a morning walk in surrounding nature with our dog. It feels like love. Eva was a perfect host, she met us at the cabin and kept in touch thru our visit for all information we needed. In addition, I would like to highlight how well stacked with everything this cabin is. Really it's a home away form home.

If you want to escape from civilization, this is the right place. There are only you and the nature all around. Night sky is astonishing there.
