Monte da Fonte

It is isolated but still very near the incredible beaches of the Costa Alentejana and other facilities. The staff was very nice, not intrusive at all and very respectful of our privacy (they even checked the best hour to clean the apartment). They brought fresh bread every morning, very much appreciated. It was very clean and well decorated, and had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful location in a beautiful region. It is perfect to spend some relaxing days.

A lot of mosquitoes. Not really anyone's fault but still quite annoying. The owners clearly try their best to address this issue, as they have nets in all windows, which of course reduces the number of mosquitoes but still, there are a lot of them. The pillows were a little too big for our taste.
