La terraza y la piscina eran muy tranquilas

Aparecían hormigas en cuanto dejabas cualquier tipo de basura, lo que nos obligaba a estar sacando bolsas en cada comida. Solo nos dejaron 2 bolsas de basura, quizás recomendaría poner bolsas pequeñas para facilitar la higiene del piso en lugar de bolsas grandes

Bel emplacement proche des commerces et de la plage, donnant sur un balcon à l'arrière de la résidence au calme avec vue sur la piscine. L'appartement a été rénové en partie. Prix raisonnable en basse saison.

Les constructions sur Maspalomas en général sont médiocres en termes d'isolation phonique ou thermique. Pour le thermique, ce n'est pas vraiment un souci ici, en revanche, si vous avez des voisins bruyants, cela peut-être problématique. Nous n'avons pas eu de souci lors de notre séjour au niveau du bruit.

The apartment is located in a place that we always look for. In the vicinity there are shops, restaurants, bars, beach, etc. The apartment is suitable for shorter stays, for a longer stay it requires a certain level of creativity. The equipment of the apartment is standard, the kitchen deserves renovation. It is on the south side, the bedroom is not on the street, but there is still a lot of noise from the street at night

During our stay (6 weeks) there was no pool available (5 weeks), which we could solve by accessing the pool in the house next door. What was striking was the extreme noise from the neighbors - we have been to Spain and the Canary Islands countless times, but we have never had such noisy and inconsiderate neighbors - noise all day, noise at night, slamming doors, stomping and noise from early morning to late night from the apartment above us, unreal.

La piscina estaba fuera de servicio mucho antes de que llegara y no se me dio la oportunidad para cancelar gratuitamente. Hable con los vecinos y llevaba tiempo la piscina fuera de servicio con mucho tiempo de antelacion. No me parece justo que no me dieran la opcion. El sofa era incomodo. Almohadas incomodas. He acabado con dolor de cuello. El vecino de al lado tenia perro y hacia ruido.

Me gustó muchísimo la tranquilidad en la piscina lo destacaría por encima de todo.

The place was very clean and equiped with all needed inside. The location is really good and the host was very kind and helpful. Recommend it!
