Sunny Delight - Sleeps 10 - Generous Space!

The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of decks for sunset watching. The house was decorated beautifully. We loved that we could bring our fur babies and there was no extra charge.

The home needs some attention. The dishwasher and dryer were not working which was very inconvenient. Out of the 4 televisions in the home only one of them worked. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, but lacked little things like salt and pepper for example. There were no rags or towels in the kitchen. We had to search the house for a storage room because there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The most disappointing and disturbing thing that we experienced was that the home has a roach problem. For the money I payed I expected my experience to be better.

House needs attention. #1 Door lock is not functioning. I found keys in a lock box that was unlocked. #2 Freezer / Fridge needs servicing. #3 outside areas could not be used, had rusty furniture and an old garage door laying in the way. #4 TV remotes were not functional, rusty remote battery compartments. #5 The kitchen stove needs replacing. Doesn't work. The price I paid for this rental was way too high for the experience.

Not enough towels for every guest. Refrigerator was not working properly.

Property was perfectly furnished with extra sheets, blankets, kitchenware and also provided tvs with Roku in each bedroom. The master and second queen bedroom each had their own balcony. There was also a separate balcony with table for dining off of the kitchen. Property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

There was a hammock downstairs that would have been ideal for lounging however to salty beach air had unfortunately rusted the hooks that mounted it to the posts and it was laying on the ground. There was also a karaoke machine provided but no charging cord or way to plug it in. Very possible that property manager was unaware of these things and cord may have left with the previous renter.
