Parking area but we had a trailer and it was raining

The atmosphere , the sound of the waves, felt safe ,clean , well equiped with utensils and i appreciated e tra towels, my boys loved the basement!

The property is very cosy.

The property needs a major facelift. Upgrading will have to happen soon. There is a roof leak in the dining room area. Electric plugs in bedroom are dodgy and left bed light is not working due to loose contact. Hot water in showers is in short supply unless there is a fault in upstairs shower. These are not complaints but meant as constructive criticism.

I absolutely loved the location and the view 😍

The driveway was steep and slipery.

Everything you could possibly need was there. We all had a great time sitting on the deck and braaing then later moved up to the bar area, played darts and pool and everyone just had a wonderful time.

Would be nice if there was maybe another table and chair set on the top deck but you can do without

the location of the house is splendid, overlooking the ocean in an isolated complex of other residential holiday homes. Definitely more suitable for a summer holiday, and not winter when we went, given the humidity and cold. The size of the house is to be appreciated, with even a floor dedicated to the game with a pool table and ping pong, and several rooms and bathrooms. The host was quick and efficient in resolving a problem we had with the hot water. She quickly gave us directions to turn on the water heater and sent someone to help us. The view of the ocean is splendid!

Not equipped for the winter, cold and humid. The directions to reach the location were clear and detailed. But then, once the keys were delivered, the directions to reach our house were not clear. Luckily the houses are numbered. We had to try the keys with all the doors to find the one that allowed us to enter the house. There are no services nearby (restaurants, grocery stores, bars), so you need to organize yourself in advance to avoid being unprepared. The only restaurant nearby is the one at the Golf Club, but it is not always open.

Proximity to the very clean beaches, excellent sea views, many gaming options in the house, nice sociable people around and abundance of items to use within the house. Basically everything one might need to use inside a holiday home is available in this house

The house was dirty. Without doubt, regular cleaning will make this house fabulous. My children struggled with carpet smells and spiders in the rooms. There is really need to keep this house clean at all times. Parking a bakkie at the house is another nightmare

Great views over the sea and stunning coastal forest to the rear of the property. The driveway can accommodate a couple of cars but be warned, it's quite steep. There are two front decks, a rear braai deck, a games room and a kitchen fully equipped with everything from dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. There are about 16 beds and plenty of bathrooms so the house can accommodate a large crowd. The village has no shops so bring everything you need. Very peaceful and a great place to relax and get away from the crowds.

No wifi - the owner could perhaps consider installing wifi rather than having DSTV. We were surprised by the cleaning staff at 07h30 on the day of checkout. Neither the local agent nor the owner had asked us to exit early, so we had to forego breakfast and rush to get out of the property before the usual 10am check out time. They could thus improve communication between themselves and the guests. Otherwise, a great stay.
