Pottery Gate, Bowness-on-Windermere

Very comfortable, clean and lovely decor. Wouldn’t have known other pets had stayed, it’s our first doggie holiday so wasn’t sure what to expect, very pleased. The cottage has lovely character and is very light. Its location is perfect, everything accessible on foot. Had a super meal at Urban House just round the corner. We did Ambleside via the boat and walked to the falls, and did Keswick via bus so we could enjoy the scenery, lovely picturesque town, the market was on and we had great food at lrb. We have teenage girls 14 and 16 they loved all the interesting shops and galleries. Definitely will be coming again. Thank you

Nothing negative, we weren’t sure how we’d go on with parking close to the property but it is a no through road so it’s a bit quieter and got parked right outside. Did everything via boat, walking or bus

The property was beautifully presented, very clean and with some lovely extras for everyone, including our dog Archie. We didn’t need for anything, everything in the apartment was very thoughtfully put together. Fabulous, very quiet and would definitely visit again.

Could do with a full length mirror, other than that, perfect!
