"Great modern apartment near Poetto beach"

Modern apartment with everything you need - even some picnic cups for the beach. Very well located for Poetto beach, which is an amazing sandy and very long beach with wonderfully warm water in September. Steak restaurant and Gelateria close by. You can get there conveniently with one bus (PF) from the train station. Breakfast was good and ready in the apartment - all the ingredients for toasted cheese sandwiches plus little croissants, jam, honey and chocolate spread.

There are quite a lot of stairs up to the apartment, but there is a lovely view in return!

Todo fue genial. El mejor alojamiento que nos hemos alojado jamás. Un apartamento súper completo, muy bien ubicado, limpio. Con vistas a la mar de lejos.Con su plaza de aparcamiento. Nos hemos sentido con en nuestra propia casa. Fantástico . Muy recomendable. 💯 vamos a repetir. Gracias por todo Ivan .

Top Lage zum erkunden der vielen anliegenden schönen Strände. Perfekte Wohnraumaufteilung! Bei Fragen konnte der Vermieter und steht's mit guten Antworten aushelfen. Wiederholungspotential!

Der Verkehr in der Stadt, aber dafür kann die Wohnung oder der Vermieter nix!

"Great experience"

The furniture is modern and new. It was spacious and tidy. There were all the appliances you could wish for. There were board games as well, so you can never get bored even on rainy days. The host (Ivan) had provided snacks for breakfast. He was also supportive of all the inquiries we had (ordering a taxi, fiding a place to eat, etc). The place is close to the beach. There were supermarkets nearby.

We had a hard time figuring the recycling system. Also, there were not any mosquito nets on the windows, so you can get easily bitten.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Sea View apartment! Ivan went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.
